Refund policy

Every TrendDrop Gaming item is printed to order, just for you. That's why we handle returns a little differently from a warehouse store.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item. Email support@trenddropgaming.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.

Wrong size. One free size exchange per order, within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

Change of mind. Each item is made just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns, or orders with an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Cancelling. Full refund until your order goes into production, usually within 2 hours of ordering.

Late orders. If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll tell you before that date, give you a new date and offer a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Small differences in print placement (up to about 0.5 in / 1.3 cm) and slight colour differences are normal for print-on-demand and aren't defects.
